How long does it take to get an estate running?
An estate is created in a single step, which also produces the login for its manager. From there it is one entry per house, and residents onboard themselves with the estate and house codes. A few hundred homes is an afternoon of admin, not a project.
Do our guards need new hardware?
No. The guard app runs on an ordinary Android or iOS phone. Most estates use a single handset per shift, which suits the way a boom is actually staffed.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per home and depends on the size of the estate. We would rather quote you after a demo than publish a number that turns out not to apply to your setup, so tell us how many homes you have and we will be specific.
What happens to our existing visitor records?
They stay yours. We do not import handwritten registers — the value starts from the day you switch over, and the old book stops being written the same day.
